Easy review because they made it all so easy. It was an insurance claim (the other guy was at fault, btw) so you never know if things will go smoothly. A phone call, a drop-off, friendly communication throughout the process (3+ weeks), keeping me in the loop. The quality of work was excellent. No evidence of the previous damage. The paint match, the finishes, everything like new. It really was as good as it gets.

Due to bad luck this is the second time I had to take a car in for body work and I immediately went to Marina Auto Body. The experience during the first service was so exceptional and out of the box there was no doubt I would take my car in to them again. John Frederick assisted me from the get-go with the service need and insured I was kept informed through out the process. My car was delivered on time and in mint condition, it looked brand new again. Got to say I hope I never have to personally use a body shop again but you can bet I will refer family and friends.
This place is amazing! From their exceptional staff down to the mechanics! I brought my MZB CLK-320 in on Monday and had out on Friday. I felt like the guy in the Allstate commercial who wrecked his car into the fire hydrant and took it to the body shop and his baby was like new. That’s how Marina Auto Body makes you feel :)!
